# Updating the SDK

To update the package to the latest non-major version using the package manager of your choice, use one of the tabs below.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="npm" %}
To update to the latest non-major (minor/patch) version:

```bash
npm install @luciq/react-native
```

For instance, if the current version is `13.2.0` and two newer versions, `13.4.0` and `14.0.0`, are available, running `npm install @luciq/react-native` will upgrade it to `13.4.0`, which is the latest minor/patch version.

To install the latest version regardless of the major version:

```bash
npm install @luciq/react-native@latest
```

This command will update the package to `14.0.0` in the example above.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Yarn" %}
Using Yarn, run:

```bash
yarn add @luciq/react-native
```

This will also update the package to the latest version.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}
